St Cyprian's is an all age congregation. We welcome children and young people as part of our worshipping community.
During Sunday Mass our children have their own time together, they leave the service during the Gospel and return at the distribution of Communion to be with their families. This does not mean we pack them off out of the way, but in this way we are more able to cater for their needs. If the children prepare to say in Mass that's also OK with us! Our children and young people regularly read some of the lessons at Mass, participate in the liturgy where possible, and there are opportunities to join our team of servers. All our leaders have CRB checks and we are currently looking to recruit more people to help with leading our group. Every year we have a popular children's carols and crib service. We also prepare children for baptism and confirmation - for more information please contact the clergy.
